Access, Entry & Attendance
Entry is strictly prohibited without valid biometric authentication. No exceptions.
Members must record entry time, exit time, and locker key number in the register.
Unauthorized entry, tailgating, or misuse of access will result in immediate suspension or termination.
Locker keys must be returned after each session. Loss of key will attract a penalty of ₹1,000 or actual replacement cost (whichever is higher).
Membership, Payments & Validity
All memberships are:
- Non-refundable
- Non-transferable
- Non-adjustable under any circumstances
Membership fees once paid shall NOT be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever, including but not limited to relocation, medical reasons, personal issues, dissatisfaction, or non-usage of services.
Membership must be active and valid before entry. Entry with expired membership will attract a penalty up to ₹10,000 and/or suspension.
All fees must be paid in advance and in full.
Management reserves the absolute right to revise pricing, policies, and packages without prior notice.
Pause / Freeze Policy
Only annual memberships are eligible, strictly in emergency cases and at management discretion.
Maximum pause allowed:
- 30 days per year
- Maximum 2 requests
Pause is:
- Chargeable @ ₹1,000 + GST per pause
- Subject to management approval
- Valid only after written confirmation and receipt issuance
Backdated pause requests will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.
Personal Responsibility & Liability
Members are solely and fully responsible for:
- Personal belongings
- Locker usage
- Vehicle safety
Kumar Fitness shall NOT be liable for theft, loss, damage, injury, or death under any circumstances.
Health, Medical & Risk Disclaimer
Members train entirely at their own risk.
It is mandatory to consult a physician before joining.
Kumar Fitness shall NOT be liable for injuries, cardiac events, medical emergencies, or complications arising from:
- Overtraining
- Incorrect form
- Use of supplements, steroids, or performance enhancers
Use of steroids or illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Immediate termination without refund applies.
Code of Conduct (Strict Enforcement)
The following will lead to immediate termination WITHOUT REFUND:
- Misbehavior, arguments, or disrespect towards staff or members
- Use of abusive, vulgar, or inappropriate language
- Creating disturbance, shouting, or intimidation
- Harassment (verbal, physical, or non-verbal)
- Filming others without consent
- Ignoring trainer instructions or safety protocols
- Interfering with trainer guidance or challenging operational decisions
Commercial & Ethical Violations
Members are strictly prohibited from:
- Offering personal training services
- Promoting business or selling products
- Poaching trainers and clients
Any under-the-table payments, bribery, or side-deals will result in:
- Immediate termination WITHOUT REFUND
- Permanent ban from Kumar Fitness
Gym Hygiene & Attire (No Exceptions)
Mandatory:
- Clean indoor-only sports shoes
- Proper workout attire
- Personal towel (minimum size 40 x 75 cm)
Not allowed:
- Jeans, formal wear, sarees, slippers
- Dirty shoes or outdoor footwear
Members must:
- Wipe equipment after use
- Maintain strict hygiene standards
Branding Restriction:
Accessories displaying the name/logo of any other gym or competitor are strictly prohibited inside Kumar Fitness.
Equipment Usage & Discipline
- Re-racking weights is compulsory
- Members must follow trainer guidance and safety instructions
- Workouts exceeding 90 minutes are NOT permitted
Equipment misuse will attract:
- Penalty
- Damage recovery
- Termination (in severe cases)
Damage Liability Clause:
Members shall be fully liable for any damage caused to equipment, mirrors, or property.
Full repair/replacement cost (as decided by management) must be paid immediately upon demand.
Training Protocol
- Members must use authorized trainers only
- External coaching/advice is strictly prohibited
- Ignoring trainer guidance = member’s own risk and responsibility
Food, Supplements & Substances
Strictly prohibited:
- Outside food & beverages
- Chewing gum, gutka, tobacco
- Alcohol or drugs
Members are NOT allowed to mix supplements/medication in gym-provided water.
Privacy & Media Policy
- Photography/video is strictly restricted during peak hours
- Allowed only with prior management approval
- Recording others without consent = immediate termination
Facility Usage
Complimentary Steam bath: 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM (designated days only)
Management reserves the right to:
- Shut areas
- Modify timings
- Restrict access
Minors Policy
Under 16:
- Mandatory guardian consent
- Compulsory personal training
- Only supervised workouts allowed
Zero-Tolerance Termination
Membership will be terminated immediately WITHOUT REFUND if:
- Rules are violated repeatedly
- Unethical behaviour is observed
- Member creates a toxic or unsafe environment
16. Final Authority
- All decisions of Kumar Fitness Management are FINAL AND BINDING
- No disputes or claims will be entertained
17. Policy Modification Rights
Kumar Fitness reserves the right to modify any rule, policy, fee, or term at its sole discretion WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. Continued usage implies acceptance of updated terms.
